I am a human being from Auckland, New Zealand. I intend this blog to be a forum for me to basically talk about whatever’s interesting me at any given time. Ideally, I would like to actually enagge in some dialogue with people about the issues I discuss. So all I can say about the blog’s character is that it will inevitably reflect its authors interests some of which include:

I’ve always liked New Zealand… it’s kind of like Australia’s Canada. I know it’s not the same thing but I’m in the process of recovering from almost two decades of chronic insomnia… among other things. I’m looking forward to reading about your recovery.
Good luck with the blog, I’ve found mine to be a very valuable tool in my on recovery. If nothing else you’ll be able to find people going through similar issues, and it’s always good to know you’re fighting it with someone else.
